I’m guessing Harper and Vic’s calf strains are at the level of severity that players would tolerate in the past, and with the uptick in Achilles injuries, they’re taking new levels of precaution. Lets hope he can come back after the Cup finals. That time off for the tournament can help keep him eligible for dpoy too. Fingers crossed

I had a few calf strains (obviously nowhere near the level of athlete these guys are with their freakish abilities and athleticism), but I just played through it. Have any of you guys had calf injuries that lingered or had a more serious injury off of one? If they're going to start sitting NBA players now for these, it could really affect the NBA as a product overall.

Unreal. Season could be over before it even really got started .

I don’t think it’s that bad of a strain. Spurs said it happened during the Warriors game and he finished the game and looked fine. Harper was immediately taken out of the game and was in a walking boot 10 minutes later.

I assume just being extra cautious, he was even labeled as questionable before the game yesterday instead of being ruled out from the jump.
