Predict the Spurs record

I'm putting a hopeful 8-2 for this stretch. It'll be interesting to see which changes, if any, take place after the ASB, as the playoff rotation comes into form.

7-3 is my prediction with more of the same, winning by smaller margins than we could/should and losing some close ones. Wemby needs some rest. Hoping the ASG break gets him some time to heal from the excess abuse he's been receiving. Holding onto the 2nd spot in the West this long is a shocker, honestly. Stay healthy and punish the Warriors, Lakers and Suns!

Simply not true, 10-8 over that span= .556 ball with Wemby limited in nearly every game (remember that 1 pt lose to Mem where Vic doesn't come back? how about the 1 pt lose to Minny?), DV out for 13 of those, and Barnes + Fox + Steph + Harp being incredibly cold.
Nothing wrong with 550 ball during the dog days with your star limited/coming off the bench and missing our main character and maybe best shooter.

I'll never understand the default to pessimism and negativity here. Like yeah, ok 1 more loss and we're 500 during that stretch, but like 2 more minutes from Wemby and we're 12-6 in that stretch w/o being able to hit a fucking shot.
Actually they were 10-9 since christmas and most likely 10-10 if OKC doesn't rest their entire rotation. Where exactly is that pessimistic? If they play 0.500 ball they'll end up with a 50-32 record. If they get one winning streak going somewhere in that stretch they will be a 50+ win team. This fits the expectations of most Spurs fans. Did you think they were gonna win 60 games this season?

Same. Shocked they went 7-3 tbh; definitely feels like they've been playing .500 ball.
technically they did. 11-9 in the last 20 games and that's including the gift wrapped OKC win yesterday.

10 games left against tanking teams.
9 against borderline playoffs or play-in teams.
13 against legit playoff teams.

I'd say 52-55 wins should be the goal.

yeah I agree. I'm aiming for 55, which should secure us the 2nd seed. All we really need is play 0.500 ball and have one 5-game winning streak in there to get that done.

Posting this one early because Mavs game is tomorrow. Doesn't include tonight's OKC game.
All-star break splits this stretch of games.
I'd say Mavs x2, Kings, Nets should be guaranteed wins. We should beat the Suns at home in the first game after the break.
Going 3-2 in those 5 road games against competitive teams would be nice, 4-1 would be ideal.
Feb 19th and 21st isn’t the rodeo going on then? Shocked those are home games

8-2 with losses to detroit and probably knicks. 7-3 is also possible with a loss to either lakers or warriors( curry might go nuclear again for the 3rd straight game vs spurs).
