No to a center who lacks physicality. Spurs need to add a low post player with size who can rebound and take on the physical low post players in the league.

The Knicks beat the Spurs in the Cup game with physical play and out rebounded the Spurs by 17 in the game.
Your thinking morez johnson jr arent you;)

Ament keeps sliding. Wonder if people see Risacher in him and are getting nervous.
Risacher at 20 wouldn’t be bad. Risacher at 10 probably wouldn’t be bad. He was unfortunate to be a project drafted #1 overall.

If the new lotto odds go into effect next year, I wouldn’t trade away that Hawks pick. It’s an injury away from sneaking into the lotto with enhanced odds.
after watching ATL shit themselves in game 6, i'd have to say it's not so unreasonable to think that the Hawks of new may be not too far away from becoming the Hawks of old. it could be better to hold on to the pick. the other part of the equation is whether or not there would be any player in the 2027 draft that would be worth holding onto that pick for.

Very nice. The Spurs are finally in a good position to take on long term prospects (just not with our first pick). If he's available in the late 1st/early 2nd round he looks like he'd be worth it even if he only pans out as someone who makes Wemby better in practice.
He really wants to play in NBA, I think it comes down to him and his agent want to be a mid to late first round pick or do they go for more control and money by going early second round?
