I’m thinking either lakers or Cavs on a one year, reduced but still near-max salary contract for the retirement tour. Pat Riley actually has balls and will never take that snake POS back.

Every year he was in LA, he signed a 1+1 deal. He would opt out, sign for the MAX again, another 1+1. Last summer, he opted in. Last summer, there were also a series of meetings to set the future tone of the LAL franchise. Only Luka was invited. LeBron was not invited. Two conclusions I draw from this are: he wasn’t offered his customary 1+1, so he opted in, and the Lakers are done with him. I also would imagine that Dan Gilbert fantasizes about LeBron showing up, hat in hand to ask for a contract so he can tell him to fuck off for what he did in 2010.

Ingram over Fox is insane but typical.

Fox has Ingram beat on historical precedents like name recognition, record and being a more seamless replacement for Curry, as well as advanced metrics (in ten catch-all types, he ranks 45th compared to 69th), but the Spurs lack of self promotion and probably relationship building with the powers that be once again cost them.
