**2025 Baseline Bums NFL Season Thread**

Lefty,
Another 4th qtr lead choked off (this time +11) does this culminate enough for owner to move on from Dumbaugh or will the Lamar Injury / fake injury excuse be enough to see Harbs back next season? and the next and the next.

In the event Jackson really is injured and more or less permanently, Harbs gravytrain is gonzo.

Ownership is too conservative. I think they will likely give Harbs a pass on this season due to Lamar's various injuries this season. They are also missing Nnamdi Madubuike big time. There is legit fear he may never play football again with that neck injury.

But he's def gonna be on the hot seat next year. Gotta assume that a bad start prolly does him in, and if he starts of well then the Ravens be playing late into January because a poor finish could just as likely be the final nail on the coffin as well.

Edit: Holy shit! Every single caller I heard on my work commute wanted Harbs gone TODAY! Literally 100% of the callers. There have been grumbling and signs of bubbling frustration before, but it's never boiled over like this.

Feels like the Philbilly is about to pull one over on us tbh.

So who do we think is actually the favorite? Such a strange year, only the 49ers/Bills are really the teams we thought would be elite that actually are. I figured the Chargers would be up there because Harbaugh turns pretty much anyone into contenders immediately. Everyone else is a complete surprise imo

It’s like the NFC of the mid to late 00s when it was a random team each year who’d be the 1 seed then immediately fall off the next season and never be heard from again imo

Rams aren't a surprise tbh. They were prolly the second best team in the NFL last year as well, just lacking playoff experience with their new pieces.

Chris Jones your check is in the mail. -Vegas.

Chargers trying to establish the run vs the Texans.
Bold move Cotton, they have about 1 1st down in 3 series.
Also calling pass routes that require 3-4 second holds by Charger Swiss Cheese OLine.

Oh, right it's the same tard O Coordinator that was in Baltimore for 4 years.
Speaking of Swiss Cheese, Bolt dbs.

14-0 Texan with ball. For those who thought betting the under was a lock, i dunno. I did not.

SMH what retard momentum changing INT by Stroud.
Send a cinnamon whiskey benefactors way.

Roughing the Brady call gifted to Stroud after excellent Charger defense on 3rd down.
What a farce.

If Trent Williams is seriously hurt the season is over tbh.

Bears got the stop they needed. They'll win it from here.

This drive is the season. Only chance of doing anything in the postseason is the #1 seed.

and that is what the 9ers will be doing. What a comeback the 2nd half of this season.

Baltimore has some real ones for sure.

Facepalm and now the dip will get a chance for the Division, courtesy of Aaron Rodgers Steelers L at Browns.
I will tattoo "John Harbs" on my taint if they win the Bowl.

Is the Niners defense ass or were the Bears just on fire? Haven't really followed the NFL this season.
Bit of both. Bears' new HC is Ben Johnson, the OC of the Lions the past few years. Niners are also missing their best defensive players tbh. Warner, Bosa, and Williams are done for the season, though it looks like Warner will be back if the Niners get far enough in the playoffs.
