Forget the Phoenix loss and all the frustrating injuries for a second. This is a thread to simply show your appreciation for Spurs players past and present. Now that we have more exciting players like Wemby, Fox, Castle, and Harper, my top 10 might change from where it was back then.

Top 10 favorite Spurs (not really in order)

Tim Duncan
Manu Ginobili
Victor Wembanyama
Danny Green
Tony Parker
Stephon Castle
Boris Diaw
Bruce Bowen
Robert Horry
David Robinson

Honorable mentions: D-White, Patty Mills, Brent Barry, Nephew (before his antics)

The 89-90 starting lineup: (DRob, TC, Sean, Willie, Rod)

  6. Tony Parker

In order:
Robinson
Manu
Ninja
Timmy
Ice ice baby
A-train
verde
Tony

Moore

Honourable mentions:
Wemby - too early. Ask em again in five years and I’m sure he will shoot up to top 5 (sorry Ice)
Cummings - would’ve been great if he didn’t play that pick up game even though he was already in the downward slope of his career.
Chuck person - fun player to watch, I think he broke his back because the seat broke on a plane ride or something like that
Silas was a bit before my time. Would’ve loved watching him play.
Diaw - stint too short
Rose and keldon - love their heart.

P.s. thanks for this thread. Still angry about how terrible the game went. But then again. Regular season

Dailey Ellis for those couple of years was fun too. Loved his fast break pull up
