For sure but, at the end of the day, his days in San Antonio are numbered regardless. It is only a matter of time before a more favorable opportunity arises. That is simply the price of success, your talent pool (coaches, FO personnel, players) will inevitably be poached. Given the Spurs' track record with assistant coaches, they should have no trouble finding a high-quality replacement.Those are some shitty vacancies tbh (Bucks, Pelicans etc).
