USPS Announces Changes to the Postmark Date System
The United States Postal Service (USPS) has adopted a final rule (FR Doc.
Obvious political reasons aside, anyone who pays by mail or plans on doing their taxes by mail. Make sure you submit anything due to the PO earlier than the due date.
