I know he is, but he isn't playing such a role with us, and use it or lose it.What? He's a great passer. I don't have the numbers but the eye-test alone. And trust me, bro!

He's been ballin'. It's wild that we're already legit contenders on the cusp of a legit playoff run for the first time in over half a decade, and yet I STILL can't help but look forward to next season just to see how this kid levels up. This is the worst version of the Spurs we're gonna see for a few years. It feels good, man.
How do you figure? His brother got the last laugh this time around, though.![]()
I mean, Ron Jr. outscored Dylan handily - but obviously, the Spurs won the game. It was meant tongue in cheek anyway, because I'm pretty sure nobody expected Ron to score 22 efficient points in this game. How do you figure?
Probably bevause they didn’t expect JB to have a complete meltdown. He got extra minutes.I mean, Ron Jr. outscored Dylan handily - but obviously, the Spurs won the game. It was meant tongue in cheek anyway, because I'm pretty sure nobody expected Ron to score 22 efficient points in this game.
Didn't the guy he plays behind get kicked out of the game for whining about a non-call?I mean, Ron Jr. outscored Dylan handily - but obviously, the Spurs won the game. It was meant tongue in cheek anyway, because I'm pretty sure nobody expected Ron to score 22 efficient points in this game.
Fratricide! (Not everyday I get to use that word, so obviously jumped at the opportunity.)
Absolutely phenomenal numbers here for the amount of court time he sees and his role on the team. Didn't realize his 3PT% was cookin as well, seriously gonna be a filthy player if he can even shoot league average
I see you.Are those guys stealing from this forum?
Making that tweet a day after I posted the arbitrary 17 game stat.
In all seriousness, a lot of "journalists/reporters" just blatantly steal content from reddit/realgm/whatever else.I see you.
Concur, and honestly this site is basically a shortcut to all things Spurs related, as really nothing slips between the cracks around this place ... <== perfectly executed "bend over" prompt. In all seriousness, a lot of "journalists/reporters" just blatantly steal content from reddit/realgm/whatever else.
This place is a perfect target for those scumbags because it's still fairly obscure, but I'd say has more insightful Spurs data than any other site.
If Steph/Dylan are even remotely competent from 3, the sky really is the limit with this team. Just totally changes the dynamic of our offense if they're shooting >35% from deep and punishing teams for leaving them open.Since Feb 1 - 39.5% from 3 on 2.4 3PA/gm (pretty good for a reserve)
Likewise, Steph is 37.0% from 3 over this same stretch on 2.9 3PA/gm.
Spurs overall are 38.5% from 3 since Feb 1
Dylan's team got the win. Bottom line for a team player. His brother got the last laugh this time around, though.![]()

If you guaranteed me that they'd both continue shooting like this in the playoffs, then I legitimately think we have as good of a chance at OKC (or at least damn close) at winning a title.
How was this Ron Jr.'s fault?Didn't the guy he plays behind get kicked out of the game for whining about a non-call?
Hopefully they are hitting their stride at the right time and not blowing their load too early and go cold in the playoffs
