I’m not afraid of any of the play in teams. yeah the spurs probably aren’t going to sweep/easily beat any of them but there shouldn’t be a “fear” of beating these teams that some have been posting on here lately.

Only team that concerns me is a fully healthy Wolves team tbh.

I don't. Never will. And I'm still a Kawhi fan. But he has his limitations. He's an elite 90s-00s style player, but in the new era he isn't the most efficient player on offense.

Yup. And the Spurs (Castle, Harper, Fox) are the best in the NBA at those little 10-12 foot paint straight-away jump shots. They almost never miss those.

Yeah I recall. I preferred the Joel Meyers telecast but, Bill Walton was hilarious. But Olowokandi was a consistent thorn in our side whenever we played them. He wasn't great but he was a Spur-killer and he would always make that annoying 10 foot baseline hook jumper consistently regardless of who was guarding him.

Spurs played Duncan-era Defense most of that first half, especially late first quarter up to about 1:30 left in the second quarter. Refs kind of gave them some makeup calls and we had a couple dumb turnovers. Also we have given up too many second chance shots and points, I think we're losing the offensive rebound battle, but that's to be expected with no Wemby.


Spurs easily have the best shot selection in the entire NBA, it's amazing how well we consistently get open looks and shoot the right shots most of the time compared to the rest of the league and we don't even need free throws or second chance points to consistently score.

Only possible when we have four perimeter oriented players on the floor at all times tbh
