Game Thread Spurs (45-17) vs Clippers (30-31) (Fri 03/06/26) [8:30 PM CST]

NYK and the Clippers are really bad matchups for us. Any team with a big that can shoot is a bad matchup for us.
 
While somewhat expected after a good tough win last night it’s still annoying losing to that faggot nephew…
 
Spur are just trying to get Victor his 20 minutes so it’s a eligible game for the minimum and not worried about the W.

They are basically chucking tonight. Clips can't miss and we can't make shit and refuse to drive to get layups. Mitch pissed enough to bench Wemby there. Not sure they have it in them to come back tonight.
 
He didn't bench Wemby becasue he's tired. He benched him becuase of the stupid shot after turning hte ball over and not getting back on D.

It wouldn't be a fun matchup, but neither would Golden State. But I wouldn't take this game as very representative of what a Spurs-Clippers series would look like since there are no B2B in the playoffs any more.

The Wemby's minutes are beyond Mitch's control. It is a directive from upstairs and beyond. He even said it himself; "he is too important for the league"..

Pretty much my thoughts too. Doesn't look like there will be too much of a chance to keep this close to try to steal at the end.
