Game Thread Spurs (25-9) vs Trailblazers (15-20) (Sat 01/03/26) [7:00 PM CDT]

Well that was fun. This one looks like it’s headed towards a big fat L

Whoever said Portland wasn't good at shooting 3's. Isn't the case tonight.

Castle keeps tryna dribble around defenders like he's trying to impress a baddie in the front row

I feel the team is really tired. We're far from the intensity of like a month ago
May be part of it. The franchise player missing so much time seems to be taking effect on everyone else. It puts them in positions where role players have to step up into a bigger role and they are struggling with it at times.

They're really missing Vassell in a game like this where no one else can score

Spurs are 5-36 from 3pt excluding Champ and Wemby in the Knicks game and this one.

Guarantee Portland shoot 30% from 3 and gets blown out by the Jazz in their next game

Carter really gives me Sochan 2.0 vibes. That jumpshot needs to be worked on now otherwise he will be cooked.

There's been multiple games where the team has close to 80 pts by halftime. 3 min into the 4th and they barely have 85

Hard to be playing 4 on 5 in the fourth with Bryant out there.

Is it the Spurs defense or are the Blazers just shooting all world tonight?

Both tbh. We always give wipe open 3s and opponents will just hit them.

OKC is probably the one that can't take advantage on this against us as they sucks too shooting the 3s lol

They can't get a stop when they desperately need one.

Portland definitely has the ability to blow a lead like this, I’m not sure the Spurs have the ability to help them do it tonight
