im not expecting him to average 12ppg like he did in preseason, but 2 points on 1-3 shooting in 16 minutes is not it. 3 assists is nice though. i still graded him a 3 because his defense was above par but offense was below par so it cancelled out

Also graded him a 3, but I just don't think the 2pt on 1/3 is the issue. Make life bad on the other team when VW is out, that's really his expected role IMO. Didn't like he got into early foul trouble (outside the flagrant which I loved)

yeah one was the flagrant where to be fair he got ball first. his first foul was a moving screen though, and while i personally want the league to crack down on those, i hate the way its called now, which is completely unpredictable and basically arbitrary

don't agree on the league cracking down on those just from a team standpoint, they are arbitrary but we have a couple of the best players in the league where we will probably benefit as opposed to lose out on balance of those calls.
