I think Milwaukee sells for whatever the highest offer is at the deadline. They don’t want this dragging out until this summer. With multiple teams involved, they should get value.

I couldn't agree more. If I'm Milwaukee I'm trying to bring Portland in to get my 3 picks back. I'm not sure Portland wants to give that up for McDaniel though.

I get it from Bucks perspective.

Blazers need to sit tight on this. Only a top-15 player would be worth giving those picks back.

Have they got cap space? If they have cap space, maybe they offer up a ton of picks and a player or two and take him into their cap space?
when did the lakers have cap space? they have the expirings they got on the scrap heap, all of which have been underperforming this year.. They also have lebron expiring this year, but nothing to actually trade. Their picks are all gone i'm assuming.

It looks like the Bucks will wait for the offseason to see which team offers the best package. The draft night might be the best day for this.

I have absolutely no clue what the bucks will do cause I don't see any reports that say if they are looking to just bottom out and they want picks are they are trying to stay competitive and they want players. If they are trying to bottom out it makes more sense to wait until the summer where you know where teams are picking.

This whole Giannis trade thing has turned into a complete side show. It makes no sense for GS to be in the running because Giannis said he wants to compete for titles and there is no way a roster of him + an aging curry + salary filler is going to compete in the west let alone for a title. They would have to build an entire team from the ground up and the Warriors front office is a bottom 5 front office in the league. Dunleavey is a gawd tier nepo baby the next good deal he does will be the first one.

how exactly, they have 0 assets
How about if Kwame Brown gets reactivated by the Lakers then traded to the Bucks for Greek Freak?

Kream wanting religion in LA
Derek Swisher for nothing
Kwame Brown for MVPau
Doncic for AD
1986 Rockets guards being suspended after waxing the Lakers out of the playoffs.

The scams will continue.
Greek Freak to the Flamers is a very real possibility.

I just want Giannis out in Miami, with the possible exception that him going to Minny opens the door for Jaden McDaniels to the Spurs.

Giannis in Minnesota wouldn't be the worst thing for us.
They'd use up all of their assets, trade whatever's left after Giannis trade for immediate help and we own their 20131 pick.
Giannis will be 37 by then and who knows if Edwards/Giannis team will be a thing at that point.

I just hope Wright is on the phones because we can unlock a lot of things for them with those MIN and ATL picks...assuming we get what we want in return, obviously.

And Silver will have to rig the draft if Giannis goes West, the disparity between conferences would be at an all-time high. Basically 2010s all over again, but without Lebron in the East.

That pick went out in the Fox trade.

Yeah, it's 2030 swap that's left over, not 2031. SAC swap is 2030.

so basically the T-Wolves have to find a team that would give them 2-3 picks for Gobert, to then package McDaniels and Randle for Giannis. Don't see that happening.
The only realistic way I could see it play out:
Naz Reid for picks.
Randle for a couple of good role players.
Gobert+McDaniels+picks for Giannis. Or just Naz straight up into the trade instead of picks.

I can't see them having enough assets unless they also trade Naz.

And, on top of that, lineup a third team to take Randle from the Bucks presumably in exchange for assets back to the Bucks.

Yeah, good luck with that. This whole thing breaks apart quite easily once you use your brain.

Hopefully they wait until the offseason and Giannis comes back and keeps Milwaukee in the play in race tbh.

Naa..they will try to sit Giannis, tank and try to get into the top 4. They share a swap with the Pelicans who can also expect to be in the top 4.
