Agree to the Trade for Greek Freak (top 4 player on the planet now)?

The only midseason trade partner I could kinda see would be the Knicks. But that would involve finding a 3rd team stupid enough to take a chance on KAT tbh.

Knicks still need to find a way to get him TBH.. He wants to be there and they have no chance at a chip with that roster.. KAT Sucks..

He obviously wants out, but doesn't want to be an asshole about it and tank his value like some other players did.
Taking the KG route.

I'd offer Castle and whoever/whatever it would take to land Giannis tbh fwiw imo. Wemby/Fox/Giannis :st-lobt2:

Here we go.... the trade that hold up all other trades...and offers 3 and 4 team trades galore.... BW, this is your time...

Shams is saying they received offers including former all-stars.
Who could those be?
KAT
Butler
Randle
Gobert
Jrue
Ja
Ingram

Gun to my head; if it's done by the deadline, it will be the Knicks or Miami..Don't see Giannis okaying a move for any other 2nd tier destination mid-season..

And, boy, did the Bucks drag this for so long and so unnecessarily that they're likely going to choose between a smorgasbord of pupu platters to eat for a Top 3 player in the league? The writing was so clear on the wall for quite some time now..

It's moments like these where I'd pay to be a fly in the wall for some of these NBA players. What is Castle thinking as he's hearing the news/rumors?

Can't imagine he's not even a little bit anxious given his recent playing. The Spurs would never pull a trigger on that....... But it'd be on my mind for sure :st-lol:

I could see Castle (the young centerpiece), the two ATL pick/swap, and a SAS pick, plus [Olynyk? Salary filler], being quite a competitive trade deadline offer. Don't see many teams that could beat this.

However it remains to be seen whether the Bucks are seriously interested in shipping Giannis out, or if this is an "appeasement leak" to keep him content, but then tell him "sorry, we tried, but no offers were good enough". Then take a wider look in the off-season.

Is Kuminga the worst player to receive this many national headlines OAT?

At least he already brought a championship there..But no one can blame him for seeking greener pastures to bolster his own legacy..Giannis has lowkey seen the meat of his prime getting wasted having only managed to win One playoffs series between age 27-31 (vs Bulls '22)-- the career juncture when virtually every ATG player rattles off the bulk of his Championships, deep POs runs, and personal accolades (Shaq, Timmy, Lebron, Curry etc,,). Giannis really has nothing show for the past four years..Only staying in The East might potentially recoup some of the lost time..
