All,

I see it. Not a button, technically, but right there on the menu bar under "Forums." ... New posts, Find threads, Watched, Search forums, and Mark forums read.

Do you see the same?

Just so that it's clear for everyone:

I don't see an option to sticky a post inside the topic so it's always on top of the last page.
Would be useful for the community grades topic to make the sumbission form link more visible.

I don't see any built-in mechanism that allows for this. Looks we might want to put a couple of add-ons on the radar, Pin Post & Threadmarks.

OR, we might want to look at different approach and have a look at an add-on called Message Templates. Have not pulled up the details, but I like to think it's capable of pulling in variables such as date, time, opponent w/record, AT-or-HOME, etc, AND that it can also allow for embeding canned messages and links into the OP. Even better if we can feed it the entire season's schedule all at once, build and stage the game threads off to the side, and release and pin threads out of a scheduler on game day (or the day before).

Submitting a ticket for the team (which includes me). I've just encountered there is a 10,000 character limit to posts. Maybe we can look at upping/removing that.

Leaving here for people to weigh in on.

Speaking from a UX background, I wouldn’t completely remove it. 10000 characters with spaces is roughly 1600 - 1800 words.

Maybe triple it? BB is already better than ST when it comes to quoting other member’s posts due to truncating.

Props for the season overview window - easy to access, super helpful. Maybe include some whimsical stats, so to speak? Sochan's 3point numbers,or whatever else is germane to the current conversation at hand that is being discussed. Just spitballing.

Yup. Planning to update my stats analysis threads at every 10 game interval. Too busy to do it but will in the next few days.

Back to the Overview Box. The more I dive into, the more information it has for every team, which I didn't expect. Seriously impressive work. Functional and beautiful design.

Such a contrast to Spurs Talk.

It's like becoming an adult and realizing someone you grew up with was actually a dysfunctional drug addict and then you meet someone else and they're actually competent and dependable. Or, you know, something like that. Lol.

:st-lol: tbh...

I think I already suggested this elsewhere, but since I can't seem to find it, here it goes again:

Thread prefixes / tags are almost uniform in color per forum. For instance, in the SpursTalk forum all of the following tags are the same color (grey): Player, News, Trade, Draft, Analysis, Misc. This doesn't help you tell them apart at a glance. My suggestion would be to use a wider range of colors for the available tags within the same forum so that it's easier to tell them apart.

If easily differentiable colors are taken in other forums, you could re-use them in a different one. For instance right now you have gold and grey in SpursTalk, red and green in Sports, Blue in announcements, none in "That's not who we are". It wouldn't hurt to use red, green and blue in SpursTalk, since they won't show up alongside those they'd share colors with.

I think this would make the forums easier to read, especially the main one (SpursTalk).
