Here we are gents. It's time...again

My wife correctly pointed out that Pop would never have played anyone 39 minutes in game 5, which is why the team has never been 5-0. I'm so glad he retired.

Eh, Pop liked early season losses, especially for a veteran team. It's a long season and knowing what to fix and work on is important. Losses can motivate.

We are standing at the door ready to walk through brother. It's a new time and a new day.

Mind blowing we did this without our second best player playing one second. Even more mind blowing that we replaced him with a rookie. If Fox had played in these 5 games every single one of them is probably a wall to wall blowout. It's literally going from having to scrounge up 20 to 25 points to just having one guy do it.

Wild that it's never happened before with this franchise tbh. Feels good though man. Been a long time comin'. Hopefully we can take care of PHX on Sunday to make it 6 in a row. Then comes the real challenge @ Lakers next Wednesday.

Damnnn, When’s the last time 4 teams have remained undefeated this deep into the season???!

We survived Bryn Forbes starting over Dejounte Murray, we survived Zach Collins as our best center. WE DESERVE THIS.
I wouldn’t say deserve but it does make it that much sweeter but I know what you mean!

Success feels great when you go through adversity to get there.

I live close to the Sacramento area and these local Kings talking heads were so confident their Kings would be better than certain teams, even singling out the Spurs. Now they look like one of the worst teams in the league while we might have something nice going on. All I know is that this is the most hopeful I’ve been about the team since the Big 3 were last together.

What were they smoking lmao. A team that employs Demar, Lavine, and Saboner as their best players has a ceiling of a play in team.

Of all the reasons to be glad Pop finally retired this isn't one imo. Glad to start the season 5-0 for the first time but at the end of the day its meaningless tbh.

you could tell they really wanted that record. The whole demeanor of the team is different this season. :st-flag:
