Raiders coming out like bandits after that trade tbh.
and Mugen as apparently i don't know how to multiquote.
Why do you say so? Is Crosby no longer elite?

I don't get why the NFL is so different in trades. In the NBA we'd scoff at an All Star being traded for a #14 pick and an additional pick the next year, probably in the 20s.

IF Crosby is still elite i think the Ravens scored big time.

Crosby has two years left of being elite imo, and the Raiders are two years away from being relevant at best tbh. This way they get two great assets and cap space.

Point taken and this top article was a good read showing details of the #14 pick in NFL recent history.
Excellent chance for the Raiders to score a good pick if they don't Rayder it up.

Like Robz said, Raiders are at least a few years away from being relevant. We need to keep stockpiling young talent around Mendoza and trading away Maxx gets us some nice additional bites at the apple this year and next. Really surprised that we got this high of a pick in this year's draft and would love to use it to bolster the oline with somebody like Fano or Ioane.

The only concerning thing about Maxx is that he's had two b2b seasons end with a knee injury. If he's actually healthy then the trade is easily worth it for the Ravens as he's still elite at both rushing the QB and blowing up the run. His contract is also reasonable and becomes a steal if you're getting a healthy, motivated Condor tbh.
