    News Project Marvel

Karlis is straight garbage. Tried really hard to bend public opinion away from the project. But people are free to push their agenda. That in itself isn't the issue. He tried to do it under the guise of hard hitting "investigative" journalism. But he's been taking things out of context, making...

Game Thread Spurs (46-17) vs Rockets (39-23) (Sun 03/08/26) [7:00PM CDT]

Nah. KD is too principled to want to play on a team that junks up games. "Tonight, we generated some good looks. We just couldn’t knock them down. I think that’s my emphasis: knowing how they’re going to junk the game up with some of their gimmick defenses, but also getting our guys who...

    Analysis GRADES: 3/6/26 Spurs 116 v Clippers 112

It was a great example to them about why you don't give up on a game. Hopefully this will be helpful in the playoffs.

    Analysis GRADES: 2/25/26 Spurs 110 @ Raptors 107

Definitely a difficult game to score, both on the court and grade wise. Should have been a loss but we'll take all the Ws we can. A young squad like this will need home court advantage to have a game or two to steady their nerves in, hopefully, multiple series.

They should have put together a three team trade with end of bench scrubs so they could shut everyone up about not doing anything. 😂

Dang. Not even a Sochan for a Top 55 protected second round pick.

Misc Fox Sports Southwest / Bally Sports Southwest / FanDuel Sports Network Southwest Status

I loathe the FanDuel app but, if it goes down, I hope the Spurs can negotiate a replacement network rapidly. Maybe if FanDuel had sunk a few dollars into improving that interface, maybe more people would have kept their subscriptions.

    Analysis GRADES: 1/28/2026 Spurs 111 @ Rockets 99

Finally, the good Castle showed up. It's been a minute but glad to have him back. Loved the three guard lineup. The initial return on the defensive side, Fox guarding the PG, Harper guarding the SG, and Castle guarding the SF/PF/C in a three headed lineup worked better than many people would...

Castle, Olynyk, the Atlanta 27 pick, and our best two second rounders for Murphy. Fight me.

Debatable. You're a sharp guy. I'd say there is a non zero chance you might have coached this team to a better record.

Analysis Any Mitchsuckers going to do damage control for these gutless worms?

Do we not have a single play designed to get Champ open? Or maybe run Mr Clutch off a couple of curls to get him a short jumper in the lane? Running Wemby off a couple of screens to put him closer to the basket? Of course not. Let's give Wemby the ball 20+ feet from the rim and not even bother...

    Game Thread Spurs (30-13) @ Rockets (25-15) (Tue 1/20/26) [7:00PM CDT]

What pains me the most is knowing how great Wemby can be close to the basket but his go-to move when we need a score during crunch time is a heavily contested, falling down, long jumper. He did it over and over.

    Analysis GRADES: 1/19/2026 Spurs 123 v Jazz 110

The boys did well last night but what fun is it if you don't complain about something? My complaint is that we need to build a 25-30 point fourth quarter lead to rest our primary players since the deep bench can't maintain a lead against other teams deep benches. Last night was the same story...

Player The blessed howl's moving Castle of Stephon Javonte

At the moment he's been figured out. Opposing teams are waiting for the kick out because they know he is sloppy with them. They also know where to be and how to wait when he drives to the rim. He has to be one of the most blocked players in the league. I have a lot of faith in his potential but...
