I think Olynyk ends up as the starting 4 when its all said and done. He strokes the 3, rebounds, plays better defense than Barnes. Fox, Castle, Wemby, Vassel and Olynyk w/ Harper, Kornet, Champ, Johnson and Barnes/Sochan looks pretty good to me.

Hawks dropped to 1-3 with their loss to the Bulls last night, 128-123. They probably should be 0-4. No telling how the lack of a contract will effect Trae this year.

I think Olynyk is going to be a nice upgrade from Barnes. If you are keeping Barnes it is because you think you can sign him cheap in the summer as a nice 3rd string option.

Anyone know when Olynyk is supposed to be back?

Wemby will have 2 triple doubles with at least 10 blocks. Spurs will have a top 7 defensive rating in the league. Spurs are a top 6 seed.

I’ve been an advocate of extending him and declining his 4th year since last season. That will be a great value contract. I think our best starting lineup will be Fox-Wemby-Olynyk-Champ-Vassel/Castle. If Castle’s 3 pt shot has improved enough it’s him.

Are you sure you’re not setting the bar too high? He is already showing why he will be Mr. Clutch in Austin this year.

Champ needs to get a lot of playing time. His jumper is as smooth as Blanton’s bourbon.

I am going to be super-disappointed if Vic doesn't have an MVP-caliber season.
