even with a 5 total TD game and over 300 yards passing I still feel that texas should've kept arch in until at least the 2 min warning. no reason to not statpad and get the kid's confidence up

I still think he has some type of shoulder injury. During the Ohio State game warmups, he was grimacing after every throw. Plus, those mechanics need to be re-worked.

yeah wincing after every throw is't normal. I just hope he's getting good advice. getting a rotator cuff injury so early in his career would be needly tragic. definitely needs to stay in college for another year, he's not ready for the pros

Illinois might get bumped out of top 25 entirely after that shellacking from Indy.

Damn the Roadrunners almost gave this one away. Glad I can catch almost all of their games out here in Hawaii.

man, where's Blake? he has to be at least a little amped about his red raiders.

He's over there with Chump in the political forum playing hold muh dick with Darrin, Gaustex and koriwhat. That said, he's good people when talking college football so hopefully he does make his way over here

I don't know what to think about Manning. I'm trying to hold out hope that everything was just too much too soon and he will clear his head out and the game will slow down. The good news is it's looking like Mateer won't be able to play in the RRS. If he's not starting to round in the form by then I'm probably going to start panicking a little.

James Franklin is now 4-21 against top 10 teams.

not too much traffic for this thread. blake has to be going crazy over his red raiders. where are all the longhorn tee-shirt fans?

texas gonna be a 0.500 ass kind of team the rest of the way aren't they? that's the downside to being an SEC team actually playing games.

Pssst hey Oklahoma coach:
Your QBs hand and wrist are flocked. Everyone sees it except you.
Are you going to take the L or sub for him?

False narrative at work on Monday is going to be unbearable unless they talk about Mateer injury.

Their defense is too damn good. If the OL actually blocks, like they did against a great OU defense, the team will be way more balanced and difficult to beat. Texas dominated the 2nd half of that game

Matter was playing hurt. He had limited accuracy on his throws because of the thumb. Honestly, they should have used the backup.

Using the backup would have made a ton of sense, especially for this game. Texas always seems to struggle when OU brings in the backup QB. Actually, struggle is not correct. The Horns curl up in the fetal position and piss themselves when the OU backup comes in. It is sadly disgusting. They do it for other teams as well, but not to the level that they do with the Sooners. Enables should know this, he was the DC on Stoopes staff for years while it happened.

At any rate, Arch played well. Wisner played well. The D balled out. The OL had a B+ effort after their F- effort against the Gators. It was a great win over our most hated rival.

They tend to kick our ass with backup QBs. Enables should know this. I am glad he ignored facts.

ASU just beating the teams they're supposed to beat tbh.

Why do teams still continue to run the ball up the middle on goal line plays...
