Pretty sure 2nd Apron can’t aggregate players to acquire a more expensive one. So no trading 2 for 1. They can only acquire in aggregate… meaning trade 1 for 2. This was true with the Suns the last few years, but may have been a multi-year 2nd Apron penalty.
