I still think it should be 70% of the games played (about 57 games played), and maybe even round that down to 55 games played to be eligible for awards. If you're that dominant and are able to play 70%~ of the games, you shouldn't be disallowed from award consideration.

Player The blessed howl's moving Castle of Stephon Javonte

I won't claim to be Steph's number one fan, but I believe I'm in the top 5 here since about his 1st week of his rookie season, I've believed in him ever since, but even I am starting to waver on his shooting now. It's not looking good. He can't hit anything and I'm starting to believe (just...

NBA Kawitters Legacy taking another hit

Man, it's wild that what you said happens quite often. He really does play some MVP insane level ball, then next thing you know, he's out for weeks or months and no-one can tell what happened. No one can see any obvious signs of injury, it seems like it's just Kawhi's word (I'm sure the Clippers...

Darn, Kawhi is on a freakin' roll. Keep winning Clippers. I do not want a high draft pick going to OKC.

I'm not thinking Victor has to be TD. I'm just stating how far along TD was at a similar point. I bring it up because Victor wants to be the best of all time. To get there, he's going to have to go past TD. I don't care about these kind of personal accomplishments at all, it's Victor that does.

If Julian can play half as good as thing consistently, then I'd be super happy to give him that extension. Can his brother shoot the three? Maybe getting the two of them on the same team could sort of power each other up and approximate something at least 1/2 of this on a consistent basis...

Player The unfortunately low-ceilinged Shaolin monastery of Victor Wembanyama

He's far from a finished product, but now, he's starting to get to Tim Duncan's age (the greatest player in Spurs history and one of the greatest players ever). At just one year older, Tim was way more mature in his game and he led the Spurs to the Championship. Yes, Tim had a great team of vets...

The Cavs game was at home, not on the road.

That sucks for Jokic and the Nuggets. I am just very glad that the injury isn't worse. Thanks for posting the thread, btw.

Crazy coincidence that someone brought up stats on it after you were talking about it and that someone was looking at stats of this during the game

Yeah, he is getting fouled and no calls. Doesn't excuse his play, but Mitch needs to stand up for his players a lot more demonstrably than he has been.

Sounds like Victor can't cover the corner because his stamina stinks again :(.

In the 10 or so minutes of the game I watched (not continuously), I saw the missed dunk and I believe he was fouled on that play. I didn't see the other one.
