Agree, but best place to learn this is this play-offs intensity, but doesn't actually matter game.

100%. Plus the Spurs absolutely spoiling a fanbase for what success/normal looks like. The Timmy Spurs/Big3 weren't anything close to normal. DR and his hand-off to Timmy wasn't normal. Kawhi's transformation and the BEAUTIFUL GAME weren't normal. That was all outlier, after outlier, after...

But Harper only shoot's 26% from 3! That's his NBA career. Oh, then he goes 5-7 and now he's only a 33% shooter. That still sucks. He's bad until spurstalk and espn say he can shoot. Don't believe your lying eyes, Harper (and Castle) can't and won't ever shoot, defintitely aren't big moment...

Same, roster is loaded and young. And people will want to play with this team, people will take discounts at least commensurate with TX not having an income tax. Somewhat thin a PF, but Barnes is having maybe the best season of his career & is IRON man and French-Vanilla really really wants to...

And still, 4 rebs, 3oRebs, 3 pts on 3 shots. Dude only played in spurts and was still good. But the narratives here (carry-over from the ST days) run SOOOOOO strong. Keldon is garbage. Dude's legit a top ten bench player this yr, a top oReb-er, a top % shooter, but he's garbage becuase...

That and ST trained a bunch of people here now to be as negative as possible and just feed narratives. Whatever the narrative is, that's reality. I'm pretty convinced a huge number of the people here don't watch any other basketball and don't understand what an 82 game season means. On that...

Yeah, 3 oRebs in 16 minutes in a total no show. 3 pts on 3 shots is garbage, sample size doesn't matter. We lost cuz Keldon! Vic being straight bad and rushing/forcing everything doesn't matter. Keldon is garbage!

Draft Atlanta Hawks Pick-Swap Watch Thread

Freaking 6ers shooting sub-35% from 2 with 7min to play, terrible execution the final 2 minutes of a 1 position game. Good win for ATL I guess, but Philly lost it.

The Fox/HB combo is simply great vet presence. One or the other or both will be there for a big play. When they're off, still "steady ahead" guys. We're not 'shipping this yr (sorry), but HB's teaching and Fox's teaching + prime output might get us there next yr!

Why pay any attention to Skip Bayless? That's what he wants. His sports takes are terrible, intentionally or not. He's bad, but you give (get) him money by paying attention, just let him die silently. Please.

hahaha- as a bball fan a kinda love SGA like his game is beautiful, on both ends. Too many foul calls? Prolly, but otherwise, just beautiful basketball. JDub gets the sidekick love and I love a two-way player. Dort? Like come on, look at that dude, not an NBA player...them watch him play D. And...

Definitely. But looked like the whole team was more engagement and communicative on D. Noticed more hand signals and pointing than maybe any game all yr. They were def up for this game, but no one more than Vic. Honestly this game reminded me a lot of the opener with Vic. Obvi different bc role...

The antics were always my biggest problem, even more than his frustrating play. Happy it'll cost him millions (10s of likely). Can't get paid as an RFA averaging 16mpg with lots of DNP after being a starter for a couple yrs. And looking likely he'll be a lot closer to a sub-10mpg guy once he...

Yup, 68 wins in the West takes a calculator AND a spreadsheet not just the ability to count. Obviously point differential is meaningless, its not at exact measurement of your reg season in-game performance. 82 game frauds. You're an idiot. Great hot take though (y)

For sure, that start to the 2nd half with Wemby on the bench was very impressive. Both for us and to see OKC like that for the first time all season. Tone shift, on a big stage. HUGE for this young team.
